We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, when appropriate, prepare a proposal for the service you request. It is not used for marketing subscriptions.
Your name, email, chosen service and description are required. Company, budget and timing are optional. Requests are stored privately on our server and notifications are sent using Google. Access is limited to authorised personnel.
Retention: Resolved enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for up to 12 months after the last handling action, provided they remain necessary for that purpose. They are then deleted or anonymised, subject to any restricted retention required for potential liabilities. If a contractual relationship begins, the relevant records are handled according to their own purposes and obligations..

The legal basis is handling your request and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps at your request; general enquiries are handled on the legitimate interest of responding to people who contact us. We use Webtropia/WIIT hosting and Google email services. Google's services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under the international transfer safeguards described in its data protection terms. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by writing to gestion@plusultradevs.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). The form uses session storage to prevent duplicate requests; it does not include third-party advertising or analytics.
